The articles and calculators are provided for general information and education. They are written with care, but they are not a substitute for professional engineering, safety, legal, financial or compliance advice for your own factory.

Calculators

The calculators give estimates based on the values you enter and the formulas shown on each page. Results depend on your inputs and on assumptions that may not match your product or process. Check important results independently before you use them for costing, booking, inspection decisions or commitments to a customer.

Unless an article says otherwise, articles are shared under CC BY-NC 4.0. You may share and adapt them for non-commercial purposes if you credit the author and link to the original article. The Apparel Diary name and logo are not covered by that licence.
